GROUP (hereinafter, “FERRER”, “we”, “us” or “our”), we recognise the importance of online privacy and are committed to protecting the privacy of the persons who browse our website (hereinafter, the “User/s”) through the domain name medinfo.ferrer.com and its subdomains (hereinafter, the “Website”).

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform all those persons who access and browse this Website of our practices insofar as the collection, use and storage of personal data are concerned.

Access to our Website does not require prior registration as a User. However, accessing and browsing it implies that the User has accepted this Privacy Policy as well as the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website in full.

3. Personal data collected and processed by Ferrer

We only collect the personal data that the User provides to us when filling in any of the forms posted on the Website.

These personal data shall belong to two types of interested parties: healthcare workers and doctors. The personal data shall likewise generally fall into the following categories (hereinafter, the “Personal Data”): 

Personal details: forename, surname, contact email or telephone number, category (health authority or healthcare worker), country and/or FERRER subsidiary.

Connection details: IP address, logs.

As a general rule, providing any personal data required is of a voluntary nature, but refusing to provide such information does not mean that the User shall not be able to use the Website, although some of its functionalities may not be available. Registration on the Website’s private area is one such example.

We likewise advise the Users not to provide their personal data to third parties on questionnaires on the Website’s private area.

As mentioned above, we shall process Personal Data for the following purpose:
